I thought Abby had developed a chest cold and cough from having the flu. Over Christmas vacation, we seemed to have trouble breathing and would be taking in gasps of breath or coughing. I have been amazed at what this little machine can do to eliminate big odors! The first home I tried it in had been rented for years. The renters allowed their dogs to use the bathroom on the carpets. I had them professionally cleaned and some rooms replaced, but the odor was still there.
