Our speed limit is 5 mph. Remember, speeding gets you nowhere fast. When driving, keep in mind this is the USA, so keep to the right.

No parking on grass. Use mulch or designated blacktop areas. There is no reserved parking.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful towards your neighbors!

Fires will be permitted in grills only (Though not on picnic tables please).

Use of sites and other facilities are limited to registered guests only.

Absolutely No Tents. Also, before driving stakes of any kind into the ground, please contact the office. This is for your own safety, as well as that of our electrical, cable, and water lines.

Guests must keep their lots clean and neat at all times. Littering will result in eviction. No major mechanical work allowed.

One small pet only (dog, cat, etc). At T&C RV, small means less then 30 lbs. Additional pets result in additional fees. ALL animals must be leashed at all times when outside RVs. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Trash must be bagged and placed in dumpsters. We Recycle! Please separate your glass, aluminum, and newspaper, and place in recycle bins located near the shop.

Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior.

The owners and management are positively not liable for any damage to or loss of personal possessions, vehicles, equipment, or property; or injuries to any occupants or visitors of any age while at our park.

Non payment of rent is grounds for immediate eviction. Owners and/or management reserve the right to evict anyone from the premises for detrimental conduct and/or violating any of the park rules.

The over-night rate includes 2 adults and 2 children (under 13). Anything over this number will incur a $5.00 per person per night charge ($10.00 for special events).

You, as our guests, are responsible for the conduct of your visitors. Please ensure that they are familiar with all of our Rules and Regulations before they enter the park.

We can not accommodate RVs over 35 ft in total length during special events. Please stop by the office for alternate accommodations at one of our other campgrounds.

No soliciting.

No fireworks allowed, ever. And yes, that even applies to the 4th of July.

We cannot strongly enough emphasize the necessity of each tenant’s conformity with the rules. Your cooperation will make this park a better and neater place for you and your neighbors to live.

Rules Specific to Our Long Term Guests (6 Month Stay or Longer)

NO permanent rooms may be added onto trailers.

Only park installed clothes lines are to be used.

Absolutely No Sub-Leasing!

All trailers and 5th wheels must be skirted by office approved lattice work.

One Lot=One Trailer. No other car/motorcycle trailers allowed on the site.

All sheds must be approved by the office and may not exceed 6x8 feet in size.

No landscaping (plants/bushes/fences/gardens/lawn jockeys/gnomes) beyond your pad/patio/deck pending approval of the office.

No RVs that fall into a state of disrepair will be allowed to remain in the park. 1990 is the current cut off to be eligible to gain long term entrance into the park.
