The Tractor Doctor:
So:-Jim the Answer Man has become the Tractor Doctor.
When you contact us for repair information, many times who ever answers your communication will know the answer.
The real answer man is Jim Jones, he has 17 years experience with part selection and repair procedures on many types of agricultural equipment.
Over the years, first time customers have related a breakdown to Jim and been told to go to their local Hardware Store or Lumber Yard and procure a specific product that will fix them up and get them back in the field.
This has proven to be good for business, these happy customers tend to come back to Jones Salvage when they truly do need parts for their equipment
We are here to put “Parts and People” together: We are also here to help you get your equipment back on the job.
E-mail is clearly the preferred way to contact us. Some times the shop crew must leave the phones for the office staff to handle. At times, the shop crew needs to cover calls when the office staff is overloaded filling orders. We can read and respond to e-mail when free time permits.

Post your good ideas: We may have misnamed this page, as it is not a Farmall specific page. This function has been added to our site so people with a good idea or a way to diagnose problems and make repairs can help each other out.
